We invited users of our systems to join us so that they could get to know each other, share their own experiences and how they use the applications in their daily work, and also so that we could present the new features offered by the latest version of Medcam PRO software. The meeting took place at our company’s headquarters, and was attended by representatives of entities that actively use the solutions we offer. Although not everyone could physically come to us, some still found a moment and connected with us virtually.
The purpose of the meeting
Due to the fact that we try to create our products so that they best meet the real expectations of the simulation market – and these are not just good-sounding slogans, but real actions, the main goal of the meeting was to create a space for direct exchange of experiences between users and our company’s team. Participants had the opportunity to share their opinions on the functionality of the application, as well as indicate areas that could require further optimization or which they would like to expand the products they use. Our CEO presented a number of new functions that have been added to the Medcam PRO application. Our foreign distributor also participated in the meeting, who listened to the opinions on our products in order to better understand their customers and learn the real opinions about Medcam “first hand”.
Exchange of experiences
The meeting was an excellent opportunity to listen directly to the opinions of users. Many of them shared their observations regarding the usability of the application and proposed suggestions for further development of the software. Users praised the intuitiveness of the interface and the stability of the application, while at the same time pointing out several minor improvements that could further increase work efficiency. These were very valuable comments for us, for which we are grateful to our guests. After the presentation part, there was a question and answer session, during which the participants of the meeting had the opportunity to ask us directly their questions. Our distributor was convinced that adding the Medcam brand to its portfolio was not a mistake, and users do not regret trusting us.
Summary
The meeting with Medcam and Medcam PRO users turned out to be a fruitful event, which allowed us to better understand the needs of users and collect valuable comments on our software. We hope that this group will grow year by year and we will manage to make us all look at the future of medical simulation in one, better direction.
